How I work
From a free callto a store your team runs.
One path, one step at a time. Each step stands on its own: stop at any of them and keep what it made. This page says what happens at each one, and what you keep.
Nothing is booked yet. I read your message and reply with a time to talk.
- A free call first
- A fixed price after the audit
- Yours from launch
The free call. 30 minutes, four parts.
I look at your store before we talk. The same day, you get a recap by email, with the audit and how to book it.
- Your goal
- Your top 3 gaps, against your store
- Whether we fit
- What the audit would cover
The Shopify Operations Audit. 7 working days.
The design for your setup and the roadmap to it, presented in a 45-minute meeting, with the proposal for your first project the same day. $2,500, credited in full to your first project if it's signed within 60 days.
The project. A fixed price, a Friday rhythm.
A shared Slack channel opens on the day we start. The project and, later, the partnership run in the same place.
A 30-minute kickoff
We confirm the scope and milestones, name one approver on your side and take the before numbers.
At signing
A Friday update in Slack
What's done, what's next and what I need from you, with a staging link. No weekly meeting.
Every Friday
You approve each milestone
On staging, before it moves on. You see every change working before it goes live.
On staging
Anything new goes on the roadmap
So the fixed price stays fixed. If it can't wait, it's $150 an hour, with your agreement.
Fixed price
Launch. Never destructive, never on a Friday.
Tuesday to Thursday mornings.
Never on a Friday, and never during a sale or a campaign.
Nothing goes live until you say go.
Every milestone approved, redirects and tracking checked, and your written go in Slack.
The previous theme stays for rollback.
If anything goes wrong, the previous theme is ready to switch back.
30 days of care.
Anything the rebuild caused is fixed at no charge, critical issues first. New requests go on the roadmap.
After launch. The numbers, then the partnership.
At launch we review the before and after numbers together, from your own data. The Shopify Plus Partnership starts when the 30 days of care end, so there is no gap.
A monthly meeting.
Last month, this month's roadmap items, and one teaching topic for your team.
Friday updates and requests in Slack.
The same channel since the day we started, with same-day replies.
Hours tracked.
Against your month, with a heads-up when 80% is used.
Month to month.
30 days' notice, and everything stays yours.

Tasks and hours are tracked in Console, so you see where your month went. Clients sign in at console.androja.dev.
Ownership. Everything I build is yours.
I start on my accounts.
You need no accounts to begin. GitHub, hosting and the backend run on mine while we build.
At launch it moves to yours.
The repo, the hosting and the data move to your own accounts, which you pay for. I stay on as a member.
The theme is published in your store.
A rebuild lives in your Shopify, like any theme.
Documented in its repo.
So any developer, or an AI agent, can continue. At launch the docs are brought up to date and your agencies get a 45-minute walkthrough.
I take on up to 6 brands at a time.
So the person you talk to is the one building your store.
On the call I tell you whether I have room, and when I could start.
The questions I get before a yes.
There's no whole agency behind you.
In an agency, one person often does all the work, or several who aren't specialised. I work with AI agents, so the work is fast, and I'm the specialist on every task. If I'm ill, busy or gone, the setup is documented and on your accounts, so any developer or agent can continue.
What if the scope is found too late?
That's what the audit is for. The report and the roadmap settle the scope before the project starts, and the project's price is fixed from there. Anything new goes on the roadmap.
We already work with an agency.
I take the technical part and work alongside your agencies. They get onboarded onto the setup, with a walkthrough at launch, so they work inside it rather than around it.
What if the rebuild breaks our store?
Everything is prepared on staging, nothing goes live until you confirm it, the previous theme is kept for rollback, and anything the rebuild caused is fixed at no charge in the first 30 days.
