What happens next.

I read every request myself. I reply to each one by email, usually within a day or two, also when I can't help.

I reply with a first view, which way fits and whether I have capacity for it. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a conversation and agree the next step. An enquiry does not reserve a place or book a call.

You don't need to arrive with a technical brief or choose an architecture.

Project work: we agree the scope, fixed fee and dates around availability before development starts.
Partnership: a monthly retainer from 25 hours a month, reviewed at least monthly.
Either way you keep the work, code and documentation.
