Project / Fixed fee

A clean foundation.Ready to grow.

A fixed fee for a clear scope. Where the scope allows, I build into Shopify's own fields and settings. Your team can edit the result, and the next step builds on what exists.

Not sure where to start? A focused improvement is a good first project.

Build a store around your brand.

Your design, as a store your team can edit. Set up so it shouldn't need rebuilding later.

Move to Shopify with a clear plan.

We agree what moves, what gets rebuilt and which URLs redirect before you commit.

After delivery.

Further work is agreed separately, in one of two ways.

Development continues.

A partnership keeps the roadmap and the next builds moving.

How the partnership works ↗

Smaller changes.

I work with your team by the hour, as my time allows.

Questions before the brief.

Can we build with Shopify Plus in mind?

Yes. I have built on Plus directly and with agency teams. We plan for your markets, integrations and team, then agree what to build now and what later.

Theme or headless?

Most stores are a theme build: your team edits it in Shopify's theme editor, and hosting is part of Shopify. Headless, a storefront built outside Shopify's themes, gives more control over custom journeys, has its own hosting cost and starts with a partnership. Products and orders stay in Shopify either way.

What do we look at before a migration?

Products, customers, past orders, content, connected systems and important URLs. I migrate from Magento, WooCommerce and Webflow. Other platforms I review first.

Can you work with our designer or agency?

Yes. For premium brands I usually work in Figma with your designer. For straightforward stores I build the design directly. Design fees are agreed first.

What would a finished project make possible?

You don't need a brief. Tell me what needs to change, who it helps and any timing you have in mind.

I reply by email, usually within a day or two. No call or work is booked by sending an enquiry.
